Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

⏳ Return period

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Conditions for an accepted return

• The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
• The original packaging must be intact, when applicable.
• Please provide the purchase invoice or order number.

❌ Returns are not accepted

• If the product was damaged through misuse.
• If more than 7 days have passed since delivery.

🔄 Return process

1. Contact us through the "Contact Us" page and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will review your request and reply within 48 hours.
3. If approved, we will guide you through the steps for returning the product.

💰 Refunds

After we receive the returned product and confirm that it meets the return conditions, the amount paid will be refunded within 3 to 7 business days, or the product will be exchanged according to your preference.

📌 Note: If the return is due to an error on our side (damaged product or an item that does not match your order), the return shipping costs are covered by us.
